My Little Friend

Sometimes life can be so easy,
When you believe there's more to it,
and if you talk about the blessings,
that you got from Allah,
And sometimes life can be so hard,
when you think too much
about the hardships of yourself,
and the well-being of others,

Oh little one, think before you speak,
this is a cruel world,
where people don't stop for kindness,
though not everyone,
where some might eventually,
walk with you, along,
the throdden road, filled with love,
love for Allah.
